Second Sight does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. All camera data and audio input are processed locally on your device in real-time and are never shared with us or any third party.
We request Camera and Microphone permissions solely to provide the core functionality of the app:
Foreground Service Disclosure: To ensure safety and reliability for our users, Second Sight utilizes a Foreground Service. This allows the camera filters to remain active and uninterrupted while the user navigates their environment. This service is perceptible to the user via a persistent notification while active.
Any videos or images you record are saved directly to your device's local storage. We have no access to these files. You are solely responsible for the management and security of your local recordings.
All subscription payments are handled securely through Google Play. We do not store or have access to your credit card details or financial information. Your subscription status is verified solely through the Google Play Billing API.
Because all data remains on your device, your privacy is protected by your device's own security settings. We recommend using a secure screen lock and keeping your Android OS updated to the latest version.
Second Sight is a utility tool and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the app, please contact us at the email below.
